Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 57vip platform at 57vip.best — whether through a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the complete and binding agreement between you and 57vip for your use of the platform.
If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In all cases, the registered account holder is personally responsible for all activity on the account.
57vip reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also notify members of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of 57vip after any update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility
To register and use a 57vip account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 57vip does not permit use of the platform by persons under 21.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is permitted under applicable law.
- You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, or other legal entities may not register personal betting accounts.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion registry or have been previously banned from 57vip or any related platform.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter.
57vip reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Age verification documents may be requested as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process before any withdrawal is processed.
Account Registration
One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active account on 57vip. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with the same personal details, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 57vip reserves the right to close all related accounts and retain any bonuses received.
Accurate Information Required
You must provide your real name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact information when registering. This information must remain accurate and up to date at all times. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. If your contact details change, please update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone. 57vip will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 57vip cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
KYC Verification
57vip conducts identity verification in compliance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address at any point — particularly before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or other Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
57vip accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 57vip wallet within minutes for e-wallet transactions and within the processing time of the relevant bank for bank transfers.
All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from accounts belonging to a friend, family member, or business — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 57vip processes eligible withdrawal requests on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
57vip does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 57vip's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.
Currency
All transactions on 57vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). No currency conversion is applied. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso.
Betting Rules
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on 57vip are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet unless 57vip explicitly offers a cash-out feature on the specific market and you exercise that option before settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body or sports organisation.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
The minimum single bet stake is ₱20 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market type, event, and your account history. 57vip reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits without notice where betting patterns indicate unusual activity.
Void Bets
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:
- The event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required duration of play has been completed.
- Odds were published due to a manifest error (see below).
- The bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently left open after an event had already started.
- The result of the event is officially overturned after initial settlement.
When a bet is voided, the full stake is returned to your 57vip wallet.
Manifest Errors
57vip reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error — for example, a clear typographical error that resulted in odds significantly different from the true market price. 57vip will make every effort to identify and correct such errors promptly, but is not liable for any losses arising from bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
Live Betting
Live in-game betting markets are subject to the same general rules as pre-game markets, with the following additional conditions: once a bet is confirmed during live betting, it cannot be cancelled. Odds during live markets update rapidly and the price displayed at the moment of your bet confirmation is the price that applies to your wager.
Bonuses and Promotions
57vip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your 57vip wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within the applicable period will result in the bonus being removed from your account.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use by eligible members. The following are prohibited:
- Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
- Using bonus funds in a way that amounts to matched betting or bonus abuse.
- Systematically placing low-risk bets purely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement.
57vip reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests with 57vip's compliance team.
Welcome Bonus
New members who register and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Full welcome bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page.
Refer a Friend Programme
The 57vip Refer a Friend programme allows existing verified members to invite new users and earn referral bonuses when those users register through the member's unique referral link and complete a qualifying deposit.
- Referral bonuses are only triggered when the referred person registers as a genuinely new member using the referral link and completes a qualifying first deposit.
- Self-referrals — where a member refers themselves using a secondary identity — are strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed.
- Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as other promotional bonuses.
- 57vip monitors referral activity and reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where the pattern of referrals is inconsistent with genuine, independent new member acquisition.
- The specific bonus amounts and qualifying deposit thresholds for the referral programme are set out on the Refer a Friend page and may change from time to time.
Fair Play and Fraud Prevention
57vip is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
- Match fixing: Betting on events where you have information suggesting the outcome has been manipulated.
- Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting price discrepancies across markets or platforms to generate risk-free returns in a manner that exploits 57vip rather than reflects genuine betting interest.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets without genuine human engagement.
- Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account.
- Money laundering: Using the 57vip platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
57vip uses a combination of automated systems and human review to detect suspicious activity. Members who are found to have engaged in any of the above activities will have their accounts suspended pending investigation, and any balances — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be held until the investigation is complete.
Responsible Gaming
57vip takes its responsibilities around player welfare seriously. We provide tools that allow members to manage their own gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings and through our Responsible Gaming page.
If you choose to set a deposit limit, that limit takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. If you choose to self-exclude, the exclusion takes effect immediately and can be set for a period of your choosing, including permanently.
57vip will not knowingly allow a self-excluded member to continue using the platform. If you believe your self-exclusion is not being respected, contact our support team immediately at support@57vip.best.
We encourage any member who feels they may have a problem with gambling to seek help. Betting should be fun — if it stops being fun, that is an important signal.
Privacy and Data Protection
57vip collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using 57vip, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We collect information necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with service providers who assist in operating the platform, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 57vip platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software — is the property of 57vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from 57vip without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 57vip's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
57vip is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages.
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
- Decisions you make based on information available on the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits 57vip's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Account Suspension and Termination
57vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- We have reasonable grounds to believe a member has breached these Terms and Conditions.
- A member's use of the platform is potentially fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to other users or to the platform.
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
- A member has requested self-exclusion.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these terms or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.
Amendments to These Terms
57vip may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify you via the email address registered to your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of 57vip after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of 57vip that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If you have a complaint about 57vip's services, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all member complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory channels.
